Canceling orders due to Canada Post strike

Hello everyone.
I have 2 low value items that have not been shipped yet via CP oversized lettermail.
One customer is having me keep their order until the strike is over but I'm canceling the other order. What should I choose as a reason for the cancelation?

Canceling orders due to Canada Post strike

For the customer who did not want to wait and you are cancelling because of this, you can choose Buyer Requested as reason.
