FAQ link to own website

In my eBay listing, I have a FAQ button picture that links back to my own website. When the listing goes alive, I cannot click through the FAQ button picture. Does eBay not allow to redirect back to our own website? or I just did not do it right? Thanks.

Hi @leononlinebox - looks like what you're looking to do isn't allowed any longer (I remember when it was). 

Depending on your FAQ content it may make a nice addition or replacement to some of your description!

Hi @leononlinebox - we don't allow you to use your profile page to promote sales off eBay, share contact information, or include any content that could be offensive to other members. I'd recommend against it. Thanks!
