How Do I Get Rid of HTML in the Description

When I'm listing a new item, I always call up a previous or current listing and make the necessary changes.  It's fast and I've never had a problem until today.

All my listings that I'm using to "Sell Similar" on both .ca and .com are coming up in HTML which I abhor and don't want to use.  Is this something that eBay is now forcing us to use?  If not, how do I get rid of it and see my actual description in all its fonts and colours?

Thanks.

Its an ebay glitch. Being discussed over on the Clothing and Accessories board on .com

Evidently ebay know about it. Supposedly been going on for a couple of hours now.

I want to use the remainder of my free listings for April and it's so-o-o frustrating.  I can't even begin to start from scratch for all my new listings, even if I do type 100 wpm 🙂

Thanks vintagenorth.  That's one Board I've never checked so I never would have known.

Hopefully they'll give us back the remainder of our free listings if this isn't fixed until tomorrow.  Although I don't hold out much hope they'll do it across the board.  We'll probably have to phone and beg for them.

Yeah, it happened to me and I felt like I was listings my items "blind" and took risks but apparently they are okay.  It is frustrating as it was a race to the clock as I am trying to take advantage of my free listings before it ends!!  But I make it.  Darn eBay for making our lives hell from whoever decide to touch the technology which happened toooooooooooooooooo often to suit me.

I wish anyone who did that, would leave it alone.

"If it is not broken, don't fix it".  eBay just love to "fix" it all the time even it is not broken!!  Come on, eBay, stop it!!
