I need help with settings

My computer seems to have taken on a mind of it's own today. I have tried rebooting, doing a C clean, but I am still having problems. I use Outlook, and when the "item sold" invoice comes in, the picture is missing.

Then, I clicked on the email address to send a message to the buyer, and the address went through to my husband's Google account.

Can anyone help please?

The first one sounds like security issues - check your popup blocker and if you have Norton check your security settings they may be too high.

The second one is just weird.
