I sent some offers today. On of them went to a blocked bidder. Fortunately, the buyer did not accept it and sent me a counteroffer. I did not realize the buyer was blocked until I tried to accept his offer and an error message did appear.

It happened for the second time - a few months ago another blocked buyer purchased 2 items from me that way.

As I remember, earlier it worked correctly - if you tried to send an offer to a blocked buyer, you got a warning, that it's not possible. Now, the fature is apparently broken and doesn't work any more.

While there does appear to be a safeguard in place, I think most sellers would prefer that Blocked Bidders not see their Offers at all.
