Promoted Listing Campaigns

I have not set up a campaign for ages & looks like they have changed things. I am using the old promoted listing where you pay only if it sells not by the click but there used to be a spot where you could put in your percentage for the fee but I do not see it now.  (just went to advertising, campaigns, promoted listings & I do not see a a column for percentge). Am I in the wrong spot or what?

Still there - go to: manage active listings / bulk edit / promoted listings / update promoted listings / ad rate / and you will see this: 

Carefully choose the rate - here an example: ad rate was 5%, and I was finally charged almost 8% (they calculate the fee from the item's price + shipping + tax).

So you must now do the same percentage rate for all items in the campaign?
