I had another return where the buyer did not mark return and now I have to deal with Canada customs to get a refund . I don't mind returns. Its part of the game, but its a hassle to put the package together to send off to customs. Im sure many of you have the same story.
I try to make sure that international buyers are aware of the customs form but I don't always remember to tell them. Would be nice if Ebay placed something on their RETURN process, to remind buyers to mark return on the customs form when returning an item. I see that Ebay has no problem stating that the sellers are responsible for all duties and taxes on returns and sellers must accept returns. Isn't it bad enough that Ebay has made it so easy to get sellers to have to pay for return shipping!
How nice of Ebay. Really makes me feel that Ebay cares and looks out for seller. I'm feeling a tear starting because of all the love I'm getting from Ebay. LOL
One last gripe about Ebay's return process. I list on Ebay ca. When I get a return request, I then press on the return details or whatever link that should take to the return process page, but instead I get a sorry technical problem. Please try later. Good thing I have been on Ebay for sometime. A newby would be confused to what to do. Anyway, why do we need to have to then go to Ebay .com to deal with returns. You bought it on .ca. You would think that if you're returning something, you would go back to the store from which you bought it from. Should Hudson Bay move to the USA because an american purchase an item from Canada?
Must be a Canadian thing. Thank you I'm done.

There are a lot of strange redirects with eBay's structure that really don't make sense. I'm forced to go to .com to answer messages, which involves a lot of annoying logging in back and forth between .ca and .com on a daily basis.

Honestly if I thought Raphael had the ability to correct any issues I would. Based on his many responses that I read in his sessions, I have to conclude that It will be unfortunately all lip service.
Just curious , has Raphael fixed anyone's issues. If yes then I apologise for my previous statement.

A track record of very few.
I came to the same conclusion long ago... Lip service.
