Anyone else log into Canada Posts site to try and make a label and get logged into someone elses account?

I got logged into someone account with the name Patrica, then I logged out.

Then I logged into my own account and tried to create a label from the dashboard and it directed me to log in again, and then I was logged into someones account with the name JDGROUP who had a label in their cart. So I logged out and I think I'm finally in my account and create a label.

Kinda concerning.

Just logged into SnapShip to see if anything amiss...NO Problems...all is well!

That's troubling, but I have to assume it has something to do with their website maintenance this weekend.

I would definitely report it to Canada Post though.

I'm experiencing some minor issues myself where it won't let me update any information on my profile. Canada Post website glitches are all too common as of late, unfortunately.

Yes, it happened to me the day after their weekend for maintenance. I was trying to add my new integrated zonos acct key and suddenly noticed it didn't say my account name. I had to log out twice to finally get logged in under my own account name! I was rather shocked!
