"USA" is an invalid value for Country/Regions of Manufacture. What does it means?
I listed 2 magazines (Star and In Touch) that were published in USA and eBay said it is not "USA"!! Anyone knew why eBay said that?

Did you try "United States" ?
When I see Country/Region of Manufacture
on the Selling form it gives me a drop down list to pick from.

United States is six clicks of the U button on the dropdown. Right after United Kingdom, which is five clicks of the U button.
