anyone noticing paypal payment notices, lagging behind again..

My latest sold item, is missing it's paypal notice, going on 5 hours now..

I think PayPal is having issues on the backend. Normally when I've posted payments to Google etc within 2-3 days the amount is withdrawn from bank. On some transactions they were delayed by a week.
