Hello folks, I am new to Ebay selling, and have a reasonable volume of items to list. I have been trying to make use of the Pro shipping manager and CSV file exchange.
I have read the pdfs and I thought I followed all the instructions, but every time I upload I get an error: related to shipping not available.
I have included below one line from my latest attempt (showing populated columns only)
Please take a look and help me find the cause. I wanted to use Calculated Shipping.

ShippingService-1:Option: CA_EconomyShipping
Calculated shipping for eBay.CA requires a specific Canada Post service.
I don't use csv files so I don't know how you would indicate Canada Post Expedited Parcel as a calculated shipping service.

CA_PostRegularParcel
"Error - Shipping service Canada Post Regular Parcel(204) is not available.|Canada Post Regular Parcel(204)|"
I haven't tried all of them, but I have tried many. Including from the international column, and US post just to check. Could you expand your answer a bit more please? Specific service in which way?

inches and pounds for dimension and weight as indicated by the example.
PROGRESS!
Your question prompted me to find a few extra columns that were missing
WeightUnit, PackageType, MeasurementUnit
File Sample:
Error Message:
ErrorCode: 37
ErrorMessage : "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingPackageDetails.ShippingPackage> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation."
Once again The Error Reference fails to have code 37. So I am looking for details on this.

Continuing progress. I can't tell if I am going forward or sideways, but progress of any form feels better than always getting the same error
ErrorCode: 10081
ErrorMessage: "Error - Invalid <ShippingPackage>.|"
Searching for details on ShippingPackage led me to some turboLister docs that had a list of options with numerical values
I tried
ShippingPackage: 4
and it gave an "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingPackageDetails.ShippingPackage> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation."
So a bit more found a file exchange doc http://pics.ebaystatic.com/aw/pics/pdf/us/motors/file_exchange/File_Exchange_User_Guide.pdf#page=57
With text values, using:
ShippingPackage: PackageThickEnvelope
Causes error:
ErrorCode 10081
ErrorMessage "Error - Invalid <ShippingPackage>.|"
getting less detailed again, but I am going to try finding every reference to Calculated I can and see what that gets me

So, I Changed Calculated shipping to Flat, put in a price of 25 and it worked flawlessly.
I still really need Calculated shipping to work. But after 6 hours this is the first successful upload of Product Data.
Current Data:

Go to ebay.com Tools & Apps forum for help. EBay members shipscript and dollybeauty are very experienced with file exchange and help daily in that forum. They may be able to help.

Thanks for the tag @ypdc_dennis!
Hi @vancouverautopart - File Exchange can definitely be a little particular. @pocomocomputing has some great suggestions for member-experts on it as a tool, but I wanted to let you know that we have an eBay team dedicated to supporting File Exchange.
You can reach them by phone, but there is no direct number (you'd need to call in and request to speak with the Advanced Apps team). You can also email them directly: turbodata@ebay.com.
I would probably suggest an email at this point, as you have screenshots and data to provide that could help them troubleshoot it with you. Thanks!
