Excluding Countries in Shipping Policies

I list on eBay.ca and I only ship within Canada, so in my Business Policies I have excluded all 217 available countries so that my listing simply says “Ships to Canada”. The problem I have having is that my listing says I ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii aren’t countries, they are part of the United States and I have excluded the United States! There are no more boxes to tick in the countries to exclude. I’ve ticked every box available. Hopefully someone has an answer for me. Thanks!

Have you tried creating a new policy, then assign a listing to it? Have you tried excluding PO Boxes and enabling them again? In the policy do you have international shipping services added, but blocked by the exclusions?

Yes, I have tried both those ideas. And I do not have any international shipping services offered, just domestic.

When you go to your account settings>shipping preferences>"Exclude shipping locations", do you have all the boxes checked off for "North America" that includes United States?

I list on .CA and only ship to Canada and that's exactly what my listings state and there is no option for anything but Canada...(I Currently do not have any active listings)...

yes they are all clicked when I develop a domestic shipping policy but within minutes Ebay switches it to the exact countries I have listes in my International Shipping Hub
