You may want to place a few small orders on eBay before you start listing items. It will give you an idea how things work and the possibility of getting some positive feedback to start you on your way.

Do you mean Réjean Lemelin?  There aren't many listings for Lemelin cards on eBay right now, and I can only see one that sold recently and that was at auction for 65 cents.

If you only have one or a few cards to sell and you don't plan on becoming a regular seller, you might not find it worth your while to learn how eBay works from a seller's perspective.  Buying a few items first may give you a better sense of the site before you make your decision about selling here.
