So a buyer used buy it now option on an item I had going as an auction, but I haven't received payment in two days. I sent the buyer multiple messages but haven't heard back. I guess the next option would be to cancel the transaction because I only have a short window of opportunity to sell and don't want to go through the lengthy process of unpaid items claim which I don't think will do anything anyways.
My question is - if I initiate the cancel transaction, can i get my final value fee back? Or do i have to get the buyer to initiate it? Thanks.
