Do someone have a tip to translate a name in a foreign language?

Hi, my question might sound a bit weird but it happened few times to me to sell an item to someone in a country other than North America and his name do not use the A to Z alphabet. 

Now I wouldn't mind at all to simply copy and past his name but the shipping company I use will replace any other letter by questions marks "?". 

I've tried to search for a site that will translate names but there's nothing I've found that seem reliable so far. 

I was wondering if someone have solution for this kind of situation.

Have you tried to message the buyer to ask for their address in English to complete the shipping label. You never know what may get lost in the translation using a tool.
