Hello, people are contacting me because they can't buy from my ebay...I still need to create a new auction to sell my item. I don't know why... I ship worldwide so i don't understand. And they can buy from my new auction... maybe i lost a lot of sales already...
ex : I would like to buy this item but Ebay says it will not ship to Tennessee, USA. Will you sell it to me and ship to Tennessee? Thanks.
Given what you sell (gaming pieces) I suspect you have a scammer.
Scammers will prey on occasional sellers with high value items.
Your listings show that you are willing to ship to the USA.
If the question specifically said " I would like to buy this item but Ebay says it will not ship to Tennessee, USA. Will you sell it to me and ship to Tennessee? Thanks." I would be even more suspicious.
On the dotCOM site, sellers can refuse to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, because the cost of shipping is higher, and because American sellers are weird.
Is there some similarity in the questions? Grammar and spelling are often clues to sketchy questions.
This is not true on dotCA. And you are using Calculated Shipping.
It seems to me this is a legitimate issue. I've noticed that many new listings from American sellers state "Shipping not specified - Contact seller for estimate" OR "Does not ship to Canada". In most cases, when I've contacted the seller, they've stated that they DO ship to Canada and that everything appears to be set up as normal on their end. I can only assume that the American buyers you're talking about are seeing similar notes re: shipping from us Canadians. I spoke to Ebay days ago about the issue and they claimed IT was on top of it, but it's obviously still a problem.
eBay's payment system is in the process of changing. It appears that you are now registered and using eBay's Managed Payments system. Are you fully set up to do this?
