People   are   not   leaving     positive   feedback.   l  lowered   my  price   on   a   BUY  IT  NOW  at  the   request    of    somebody   who   said    could  i  lower  my  price   to   $40   from   $54   Can.  dollars.   I   answered   his   email   ,   and    said    yes   i   would   do  it.   He   answered   thanks   i  lowered  the   price  ,  he bought  it  ,   did   fast   expedited   shipping    but  there   was   a  1   week   delay   in   the  US  because  of   covid.    Anyway     as   usual    no  positive  feedback  even  though  i  left   positive   feedback    right    away.   Tired   of it.

Online buying in general is way up overall, large and small vendors.  Almost none of them use a feedback system.  I think it is just the direction things are going now.  Folks buy and feedback is not a thing for most of them.
