My wife (a Canadian resident) opened new .ca account and listed an item that was manufactured in China for her order. After less then one hour her account just was suspended. She didn't get any explanation why and there is not any posibility to contact the support as the Contact Us button is locked and she can't even access the public forum. Having no idea what's going on as she has sold the same item on Etsy with no problems for last six months. She has all documents that can confirm originating of the goods but there is no way providing them to Ebay.ca. Is it any other way to contact the support to reveal details?
My understanding of suspensions like this is that are automatically done by the eBay website and that there's no human involvement.
The only suggestion I can think for getting in touch with support is to go through either the Facebook or Twitter "Stay Connected" links at the bottom of almost every page on the desktop version of the site.

Your mother won't need her account ID to use either of those, although of course she'll need it so that whoever she ends up chatting with online will be able to call up her account details.
