Where is the link to the list of items that cannot be list/sold?

Hi Everyone,

Where do I find the link to the list of items that cannot be sold on Ebay? I have an old bottle of ink that is approx. 1/4 full.

Keep in mind, though, that what can and can't be sold on eBay may be different than what can and can't be shipped from your location, depending on the carrier and shipping method you're using.  Off the top, I don't think there'd be an issue with selling ink, but putting it in the mail may be a different matter entirely.
