If there is supposed to be no tax applied to bullion and customers are getting this tax refunded (if they persue a refund) are sellers being refunded any fees applied to that tax that was collected? Is there a process in place for that or any other time when it is incorrectly charged?
Glitch with third-party tax-processing software used by eBay. This also was a problem on the .com site for US domestic sales but it eventually got fixed. Now we just have to wait for a fix for Canadian sales.
