Tracked Packet. Please help!!!!

I sent something off from Canada to Brazil and I used Tracked packet international. Can somebody tell me around how long I should expect the transit time to be until it gets there? Also does it travel by air or ground and will the tracking work on canadapost.ca all the way to the destination?

Tracked Packet is by air to the destination country.

Biggest delay for Brazil will be customs clearance. Their requirements are strict.
