I received 21 emails "supposedly" from eBay.  In the subject line it says (no subject).  Are these emails from eBay?  I do receive notices from my Watch List, Wish List, Search List, etc.    Has anyone else had this issue?  I am hesitant to open them.   Thank you. ... View more

Somehow my listing description became corrupted and had a whole mess of HTML writing across the top. The end result was a disappointing 2 bids rather than 12 which an identical article attracted in a previous listing. The item sold for 15% of its value.   I tried to correct the error and couldn't do anything, and I am not sure why. It's a small, but highly annoying issue, which is that it won't let you change some of the details.  For instance, when changing the price, it will hang and the price disappears, over and over....or, when changing the duration it will revert back to the old duration.  The only way to get out of this is to continue with the listing then go back and re-edit it, occasionally on re-edit it will happen, which means continuing again and another re-edit.  If you have 20-30 fixed price listings going to auction, it can add a lot of time, which leads me to....   Why does Ebay offer re-list as fixed price, but not re-list as auction.  It would be nice to re-list in bulk, doing 30 listings individually adds a lot of unnecessary time ... The gallery views are messed up or missing, and trying to give feedback, is just awful....All kinds of little squares instead of the words. I downloaded the Free Version of MALWAREBYTES ANTI-MALWARE(trial) andWALLAHHH....pictures back an Icons!!!. It was malware hidden in my kids **bleep** Mindcraft Mod files. I don't understand though how it got through since I was using a bought full version of AVG..??. I have no idea why all in sudden(last 72 hours) I no longer have Ebay icons showing and absolutely no pictures show on my site on running and closed auctions..just that broken looking symbol indicating NO IMAGE. . On the Ebay search I see less than 20% of the gallery pictures when  searching for an item. I am using Chrome and IE, both have the same problem NO IMAGE and only on Ebay?? I tried re-boot, clear cache, unplugged modem, refreshed and still nothing. I have changed nothing and the only thing was a recent Flash Player update just before this happened, but I've done 1/2 dozen updates in the past and never ever any problems. I'm not sure what this means..but, could it have anything to do with my DNS ?? Thank you in advance for anyone finding a solution. HI, i seem to have this issue alot.when i try to go to Mature content i go to the TERMS OF USE page once there i hit authorise either it will say continue which is fine and allows me full access or i will go from authorise to an Adult listing at which point i cannot get full access.this happens far too often.can anyone offer any suggestions.thanks in advance,map45 ... All this started on the 25th. No images are showing on the MyeBay summary page as well as returned search results. When i click on an item to display its page, the images are there. I've cleared the cache and tried different browsers, my main browser is FireFox,  to no avail.    Can anybody shed some light on this?   Thanks   ... View more

The Bell Notification system, which is a pain in itself and which I am still hoping someone will be able to tell me how to disable, has the following statement. "Stop receiving notifications for this item" And then the options:- "Turn Off" and "Leave On" If I use "Turn Off" then I keep getting notifications which is not surprising as the two statements are the equivalent of a double negative!!! If I use "Leave On" it would appear that I still want notifications!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   How do I stop getting repeated notifications of items I won, lost or deleted as neither choice works?  Even more important how do I stop getting them at all?   HELP PLEASE ... I find the Bell notification system to be a real pain.  How do I "turn it off"?   It returns the same information time and time again.  I use the system to tell it that I don't want the notifications left on yet still the same notifications are repeated.   Sometimes there are 30 notifications under the bell, most of which have appeared more than once earlier. ... Been having these issues for a while now... at least a year....   1) Sorting... not a big deal, but when I click to sort by lowest ship/price in my watch list, it shuffles things around, but definitely not from low-to-high. Same as in reverse, highest price+ship. Other sorts, don't seem to have issues.   2) I'll add stuff to the cart from the same seller, who has combined shipping, but it's not combining. I click to request a total, write a message and agree to commit, and then it says that combined shipping is disabled. Every time it happens I contact the seller who swears their account is fine and they're offering combined shipping. I'm on eBay.ca and figured, maybe that's the issue, so switched to eBay.com and get the same thing.   I assume these are site related issues and not my computer, especially since over the course of a year my computer has been formatted, re-installed and no idea how many Google Chrome updates have been done.   Anyone else having these issues? is it a site problem? account? ...
