How do I stop the repeated "Notifications", no ALL "Notifications", under the Bell??? AND How do I contact eBay.ca to ask them how to stop them? Or TELL them to stop them?

I find the Bell notification system to be a real pain. How do I "turn it off"? It returns the same information time and time again. I use the system to tell it that I don't want the notifications left on yet still the same notifications are repeated....

How do I get auctions (find exactly) that only provide specific matches to €2 coins or £5 coins for example.
