Hello. I purchased an item and won the auctions. I paid for the item right away but later received a refund and cancellation notice. The reason for the cancellation was "Something was wrong with the buyer's shipping address." My address was entered correctly so I messaged the seller.
The post showed free international shipping. Is there anything I can do in this case?

What countries are involved?
Because of covid-19 disruptions many countries do not currently have a mail connection.

It was being shipped from Russia to Canada. The seller mentioned that they don't ship to Canada because of scams. The post did not mention this, it said international shipping

Another lazy seller who doesn't block the countries they do not or can not ship to.
Russia is currently a country that Canada Post does not ship to (and I assume it is the same going the opposite way).
