We might be able to help if you can give us more info. You were signed in when you posted here so are you referring to another account. Or, are you having problems when you try to do one particular thing or..?

If you are planning to start selling again, after a vacation of over a year, you will have to set up a Managed Payments account.
You will need a chequing account in a Canadian bank to start that process.
And if you originally registered on dotCOM, you will have to change your contact info to your Canadian address BEFORE registering for Managed Payments.
