Thanks, I found that blue switch in exclude shipping location. Now I turned it off. That means EIS can follow my manual settings. Let me relist those listings to see if it works. Thanks for your help.

The shipping exclusion setting under account generally apply for all listings. I did not find toggle on/off feature for a single listing. Could you tell me how I toggle off for a typical listing? I don't want to opt out my entire store from EIS
