For the 1st time I am getting something TOTALLY different with GSP. I
had a Mercedes intake manifold shipped to me via GSP, the seller took 2
weeks to ship it to Pitney Bowes and as a result it arrived late to me,

So I bought a pair of shoes 2 days ago. The BIN was $19.99 and a
starting bid of $9.99.I won them for a bid of 9.99.The GSP, in usual
fashion, calculated the shipping and duty based upon the more expensive

The shipping is handled through eBay and the sale, the buyer pays for it
in advance & then eBay gives me 2 options.If I do third-party shipping
outside of eBay I would be responsible for that shipping.If eBay had

Canada was listed as shippable. Ebay told me there is an issue at times
with an offer where it glitches out and the offer is accepted but not
via GSP. He relisted it with the offer I sent him and I hit the BIN and
all worked as it should have.
Yeah I spoke with ebay and they claimed since I sent and offer and the
seller accepted that it became no longer eligible for GSP.So I asked the
seller to relist it at the offer price and it worked...either way it
makes no sense.
