Buyer received package telling me that 2 items were missing. He open a
case before sending a message. Honest mistake that I made but want to
correct by sending him is 2 missing items. Since open case my money is
block but I do have more in my paypal ...
Last week I was shipping to the usa.....Error .Please try again Tried
all weekend and still wasn`t working.Tried paypal yesterday for Canada
and it was working. So it means what? Not working for USA!
