Anybody having listing issues today?

I am having nothing but problems listing today. The site keeps freezing, my photos don't meet the criteria even though they are the same as all my other ones. Anybody else noticing listing issues today?

How Do I do the return shipping label for a customer? I have no clue. I am in Canada as well. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you cancel a transaction will the buyer be refunded automatically or do you have to manually?

If someone sent a payment to the wrong paypal address. If I cancel the transaction will they be refunded automatically? It is an old account I have since closed. I linked my new account but it didn't work. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Hi, I can't seem to be able to read my invoice charges. I went to make a payment and it says unavailable, should I be concerned?
