I am unable to add immediate payment for some reason. It says to just set the item as "buy it now" which is no help as this is all happening to my, "buy it now" listings. Thanks.

Thanks very much! Would be nice for invoices to be included into the item when it is sold instead of having it done separately. That way there is no surprises. To be honest, I wasn't expecting that amount to be taken off. Especially since PayPal/eBay...
