As a buyer, is there any way to opt out of GSP (or whatever ebay calls it now)?

I'm located in canada, and i buy from the US quite often. I've found that when my orders come in via GSP (or whatever it is, just gonna call it GSP for simplicity), the shipping takes twice as long than it would if it were shipped direct via USPS > C...

Why doesnt ebay canada have GSP, or whatever the new shipping program is?

Like title says. Why doesnt ebay canada or Canadian sellers get access to the global shipping program, or whatever it's called now? Why do they make these things american only?

Seem that since they moved from erlanger, shipping takes longer. Why did they change the hub location?
