Your item was delivered to the hub.
That is where the Seller's responsibility for delivery ends.
Now responsibility is with eBay/eIS.
They will add it to a container of other shipments coming to Canada and reship it.
Once in Canada the container will be opened and resorted.
Yet another shipper may be subcontracted to do the last mile delivery to your home.
And the tracking number may change.
Take a deep breath.
Mark the last day for delivery on your calendar.
It will arrive by then if not sooner.
Never watch tracking.
It is silly to ask for FB when you have not personally received the shipment. But that's boilerplate for you, never exactly right , never exactly wrong.

eBay's International Shipping hub is in Glendale Heights, Illinois, I believe Carol Stream IL is where it goes just before the main Glendale shipping hub. Assuming their new EIS is similar to their previous Global Shipping Program, items show delivered when they arrive at the hub, then a new tracking number when they move from the hub to you. I remember panicking back when I saw my item marked delivered when it was still in the US and then it updated (if memory serves a day or so later?) with the newer tracking that showed it on it's way to me.

It’s not unusual for items to go without tracking updates for a while awaiting processing at the eBay International Shipping (eIS) hub.
Having said that, there seems to be something a bit “off” about the tracking of your item thus far. eBay’s tracking shows it as having completed “Step 3 - Hub to You” when it should have only completed the first step, “Seller to Hub”.
I checked the tracking on the Parcelsapp website and the tracking shows a bunch of tracking events prior to the item’s arrival in Carol Stream that suggest that the item’s already been through the USPS International Sort Center in Chicago. Usually eIS items go through that stage after going through the hub, not before.
Parcelsapp does give a USPS/Canada Post tracking number for the item, though, and using that number on the Canada Post website leads to an appropriate “Waiting for Item” event in the tracking.
I think there may be a glitch with the tracking number you have, perhaps it duplicates that of another item for Canada that was sent about the same time. When did your seller ship the item to the hub, @devicemodder16? When is the last expected delivery date?

Seller shipped to the hub on July 20th, and the expected delivery date according to my email from ebay is August 8th.
Here, I have uploaded the full tracking info.

Thanks for the full tracking info. So, it looks as though your item has already been processed through the eIS hub 23-25 July and the tracking is showing it going to Carol Stream, which is sometimes where eIS-forwarded items go before being processed through the Glendale Heights hub.
The information on customs clearance, etc. now makes more sense in the context of the item’s entire tracking history.
There’s nothing in the item’s tracking history that suggests that the item couldn’t get past the Chicago USPS International Sorting Centre but it does look as though the item could have been returned for some reason. Or it might be that the Ascendia tracking label was affixed to the wrong item and what you’re seeing is another item’s progress—or lack thereof—from Glendale Heights.
I suggest you get in touch with eBay customer service, but not through the phone reps who seem to lack training on anything related to international shipping. Try going through their Facebook or X / Twitter pages as those reps have a better reputation. Make it clear in your initial message that your item is being handled by eBay International Shipping and its final destination is supposed to be a point in Canada. And please keep us posted. Good luck!

I reached out to ebay, and they told me that it looks like the item got lost in the consolidation center. They sent me a refund

Same here, eBay sent an email that my parcel was delived to my address but it shows Carol Stream, Il as current location. Dont know why eBay would send such messages that it was delived to my house.

@williamdidier65, your situation sounds as though it might be similar to @devicemodder16's. Does the tracking history for your item show that it left the eBay International Shipping hub in Glendale Heights, only to do a U-turn once it reached Chicago?
