Maybe i am just somehow missing them but I do not see my quartly
coupons, Normally I can leave the boxes i want in the cart and they add
the coupon. I am missing something or they really slow to roll out?
It looks like they have now updated listings to show the COO at the
bottom, Liekly to become mandatory shortly. ebay said this will be
needed for the items to be in the program
I seen the CoO on the label yesterday, why can't ebat auto add the HT
code like etsy does? this would make it alot easier and less people will
forget as the hts code is still not required
