As we announced in the fall Seller Update we’re rolling out new, simplified seller performance standards in February, 2016.

 

Sellers have told us they want a set of performance measures that are easier to manage and not based on opinions. The new standards are simpler, more objective, and truly reflective of your level of service. As long as you have the items you list in stock, ship items within your stated handling time, and satisfy your customers by resolving issues if they arise, you’ll be set up for success.

 

A preview of your performance is now available in your seller dashboard. The preview shows your status under the new standards based on how you’re doing today. Plus you can download transaction defect and late shipment reports for more performance details. We encourage you to visit your dashboard regularly.
