Hello to the eBay Canada Community -
I am so impressed with the stories of how members of our eBay community have been looking beyond their own situations and contributing to help others affected by the pandemic. Sometimes it is hard to know how to help and how to be most impactful.
To this end, I am thrilled to announce eBay's Gifts That Give Back. This program supports three Canadian charities doing critical work to help our most vulnerable during this unprecedented time. It provides an opportunity for Canadians to purchase donations at various levels and, to make these generous gifts go as far as possible, eBay is matching every donation dollar for dollar through June 30.
Details of the program can be found at www.ebay.ca/dogood, and to answer some common questions; eBay does not collect any fees or revenues from these donations and donors will receive a tax receipt from the charity of their choice.
