When I compare similar items that are available on the web, their shipping

costs tend to be alot lower than mine ;(

I am trying to find the 25% off option for the expedited parcel USA but it is not there anymore. Did they cancel that? I can see in the small writing at the bottom of the page that:

Anybody knows?
