Ignore him and put him/her on your blocked buyers list.

Many people find it acceptable to use many such unacceptable words.
Recently there has been a text form of this unacceptable word showing up on the discussion boards.... unacceptable... but many do not know the meaning of this three letter combination
eBay has to wake up to the reality that no form of this word is acceptable on eBay.
When it comes to a potential buyer... with a comment or question expressed as indicated .....ignore them....block them
and if this is someone who already bought from you, and then becomes obnoxious, report that buyer to eBay

I find that completely unacceptable. If they had used it in a feedback comment, you could have complained. I don't think eBay would approve of this, even though it seems to be more and more acceptable for some people to use, it is certainly offensive to me and I am sure to a lot of other people.

If it was sent through the eBay Messages system, there should be a Report button available.
But your best bet is to Block the member both on eBay and, if you have his email address, on your personal email.

If you're wanting fairness and respect from the eBay community, you need to offer it yourself. This part from the terms of sale from some of your listings is unacceptable and will just drive away the good buyers you're wanting:
For the international buyer: the item will be posted by Canada Post in International Surface in order to cut off the post fee. The period of post will be 6-8 weeks, and the item is not insuranced and traced. The Buyer should take the full responsibility for the damage and loss of the goods.
A good seller--whether on eBay or elsewhere--takes responsibility for his merchandise and its transport to the buyer. Tracking and insurance is for your protection, not the buyers'. If you don't like using small packet surface mail, don't use it.
All it takes is one eBay case or PayPal claim from an unhappy buyer to render those terms useless anyway.

That wording that you brought out marnotom, is also against eBay policy. Like it or not, the seller is responsible for the item until delivered.

I had a character like that from Spain. He ended up telling me, as translated, to get gay with his goat.

A polar bear and a goat ... ? Offspring would be a polar goat ... ?

There was a film being done in Churchill the last month. They needed a Polar Bear cub. Didn't have one so they found a grizzly cub and painted it white.

you have a problem with the 'f' word? you know that it just stands for Fornication Under Consent of the King? It was used in medievel times when young couples would rent a room at an inn. They would put a sign on the door and it was abbreviated eventually. It's not a bad word. You're just making it a bad word by assuming that consenting adults trying to populate the World is a bad thing.

And I will be amazed if that bypasses the bots.

Uh huh.
In the URL substitute the *bleep* for the naughty word.
