So here is scenario encountered once again. Every so often there seems to be a pattern developing. The buyer claims they don't know how it happened? As in, they did not bid for item and cannot figure out how it happened?? Does this sound familiar with any other hard working sellers???
Dear vwrider,
"There must have been a problem! I did not purchase this item and I will find out what happened sorry but I don't know what happened."

Add the bidder to your Blocked Bidder List.
On Day Four send an Unpaid Item claim.
On Day Eight close the UID.
The bidder gets a Strike - which will make it harder to bid on eBay in future. "Enough" Strikes and his account will be closed.
The bidder will not be able to leave feedback. Or DSRs.
There is no point in trying to communicate. He knows he is lying or else he is terminally stoopid.
Don't get into an arguement. As my late sainted mother would say "As*h**es don't have ears."
I miss my mum.
