Now, maybe you'll read thoroughly about all the venues you had at your disposal that you could/should have used to protect yourself as a buyer.

If you funded the transaction by Credit Card telephone the customer service number on the back of your card and tell them that you purchased something online that never arrived they may do a charge back for you.
