What does her feedback show? Is there a history of similar compaints from other sellers?
If she is going to file a PayPal chargeback there is little that you can do to stop her at this point as you have suggested how rude she is in not giving you the benefit of the doubt.
Are you able to file a claim with CP?

I think I am going to wait it out a bit longer...
I had a customer last year receive a parcel after 2 months but was a true gentleman everystep of the way.
This current buyer is rude and very accusing by calling me a liar.
The interesting thing that I found out about her is that she has 2 user ID's a bid on one of her own auctions to raise the price. I confronted her with this stating it was against ebay policy to do this and she replied indicating that "the only thing against ebay policy is not receiving my item". I'm on to her games... I am dealing with a cheat and a liar and I am being a victim here.

I would love to be able to track shipping, however in this case, $10 shipping charge would have deterred any buyer, so i have to go with the small packet rate. Would be nice if they would let us pay extra to have tracking added some day in the future. I love shipping packages within Canada with the insurance and tracking included, it makes life so easy...however 98% of my customers are in the USA.

If tracking comes to small packet I will finally be in my glory. I hate telling my customers that to insure a small packet they must add $7.00 US on top of the regular shipping cost. But since 99% of my parcels are small packet I am taking many chances. Keeping my fingers crossed as I have never had a package lost or damaged so far. The only time I pay for tracking is if it is a very expensive item and I do not want a scam pulled. Just protecting myself which seems to be a good thing at times from the stories I read from other sellers. I am lucky in that what I sell seems to attract a better customer and not scam artist. Fingers are definitely crossed.

Don't send this dishonest buyer a dime! Politely ask her to wait for the 4-5 week mark, especially this time of year, and especially if it's a parcel, and especially if you're shipping across borders. If she ends up filing a chargeback before the 30 day period is up, there's nothing you can do except file a NPB alert (since you have no payment to show for your troubles), leave negative feedback, and block her from bidding on your items (which you've probably already done).
