I have a problem with a buyer. I shipped an item and purchased tracking. One week later she complained about not receiving the item. So I checked my tracking number to find out where it was hold up and it says "item SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED"!! So I told her about the tracking info and she claims she did not receive the item and she wants a refund! What the hell did I buy tracking for? It proves that I shipped and that it got there. What do I do now? She wants a refund. I think she may be a fraudulant buyer and she wants the item AND her money back. That's just not right! Now where's the seller protection on ebay?!? I am getting hosed here and I will probably also get negative feedback and I can't even give her one in return. This is so unfair. Ebay is not a seller friendly environment! Any ideas??? Please help me!

You have a tracking number - you're safe - worse case scenario, you get negative feedback against you - I would call Ebay or Paypal for options but you did it the right way. Once you got confirmation that item was received, then not your issue really.

Hi!In this case I will call pay pall.They will ask you for tracking # and then they will tell you what you can do.....But they will not return her money back to her..... Probably she will leave bad feedback....she will....but you will keep the money.

one more thing you can do :call to delivery company and ask them to check ;where they deliver the item? One time UPS delivered my item next door and I checked the tracking info and that's how I found out that my item was already delivered and to the wrong place....But UPS girl in the phone told me right away what address this delivery man delivered my item.(also my Neighbor signed it 😉 )TRY it.

Yes, it did have a happy ending for me. Apparently her neighbor signed for it - yeah, right. So she did get the item (which is something we already knew) and she even left positive feedback for me later - even though she mentioned in the pos feedback that shipping took too long. What a crazy person. I made sure to block her ... she won't be able to bid on my stuff ever again.
