Buyer multiple id changes ?

5 ebay id changes in 5 years, three of them just in last 2 years, excessive? wondering is he/she is up to, circumventing bbl lists ? buyer has bad fb record, lotsa revised

Being relatively new to selling here, just how can you tell when a buyer has changed their ID ? I'd like to learn about that if it is possible.

Have seen members who changed their ID every 30 days.

Seen one member who had over 50 different IDs.

A little flakey, but not suspicious as such.

The BBL is not affected by name changes, the new ID replaces the old one.

And feedback is also permanent as are the Detailed Seller Ratings. You can cross-check on toolhaus.org for a look at negs and neutrals received and left.

is this BBL something you can import/export like browser bookmarks, or I have to manually enter everytime i have a bad experience?
