Im a serious seller, im trying to decide should I use kelogs or just at
use tim bits boxes? Tim bits boxes are good but the customer's sometimes

I assume she would have mentioned the source image was corrupted. It can
be USB related, or software, or clogged print heads, that's why I
suggested swap to new computer and printer, logical quick way to narrow
