I have had problems with this buyer since day one, after waiting about half the time period given he opened a item not received case and now he has left feedback on the item ( saying he received it ) but wont respond to my emails to close his case.

I do use it for the messages but it does not help with calling someone

Your OP did not indicate that they were German, that's the reason in my first post I suggested to to give them a phone call.
I assume that you were unaware of the Google translator, my bad....
The only thing now is to wait.
If you did not send the item and provide PP with a DC (Delivery Confirmation or tracking number that shows online that it was delivered then you are going to lose the INR case.
