CP small packet surface vs. expedited parcel

For shipping items to USA, how long would take if I select Samll Packet Surface, anyone could give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Called CP today and was told that the delivery standards for Small Packets expectation similar to that of the equivalent parcel service. What's the equivalent service mean? Expedited Parcel?

Canada post is the WORST MOST EXPENSIVE AWFUL shipping service in the free world.

I been a business online manifest customer since it came out and regularly get damage, lost packages, over charged, double charge, phoney shipping charges showing up on my monthly bill, a nightmare of problems getting them on the phone.

I toured their sorting place in Ottawa, where I witnessed employees kick, throw, stomp and throw parcels in a bin where larger heavier parcel crush them down to nothing.

Canada Post should be run out of Canada and out of business. What a sad state of affairs for a postal system.
