I remember seeing on an earlier post they were working on email or chat one of the 2 with getting it back on.ca but it is not a bug they just don't wanna say we don't give a ^%&% ...
Calling them is useless anyways because once you get ahold of them they usually know alot less about ebay then we do as experienced sellers..
Last time I called I had to tell them everything as if they called me for help sense then I have never called back..
Ebay has no support really ... They have a ton of clueless polite people and a very small amount of knowledgeable people ..Just like any company now a days they would rather pay half the price to have someone say yes yes sorry to hear we understand yes yes sorry ok yes yes then to pay good money for workers who know everything..
I once call and got a women with really bad english with no clue about anything with kids screaming in the back round ...
Do not waste your time because polite is nice but doesn't help
