Can I have two ebay accounts - one with my Canadian address and the other with my US address?

I have a sister in Ogdengsburg, NY that I normally ship any packages to in order to avoid the high cost of Canadian postage and duty I'm a 30 min drive to her, and I also have a sister in law that lives in NH that I also slip packages to. I have a good standing with my Canadian account, however the seller's won't let me switch my shipping to the US. There are also sellers that I've had to do a personal buy on an item because they did not ship to Canada.

If the answer is no, then can I change my mailing address to the US address and not have a Canadian ebay account at all. If so will my ratings also change over?

you are allowed to have as many accounts as you like.

with this, if one account is selling, you are not allowed to bid  on your own account.
