Can I link my airmiles with ebay?

I read somewhere that im able to. But i am unsure if its true and how to do it.

If you mean you want to get airmiles points for all you ebay purchases,  you have to go to:

http://www.airmilesshops.ca/shops/airmilesshops/Home

sign in with your collector number, then click on the ebay link from there.  If you buy enough you'll get notified about points.  And you have to go this circuitous route every time, I'm afraid.
