HI srx, No one here can cancel your transaction.  You need to work it out with your seller.  See this eBay Customer Support page:

Or if you already tried the cancellation process and what you're saying is that you pushed the wrong button -- did not agree -- ask your seller how much their final value fees were because that is what it will cost them.
