Changing feedback after declining a feedback change

I had a seller request feedback change which I clicked decline by accident.  Does anyone know how I can get the feedback change for this seller.

It might work if you ask the seller to resend the request.

There is only a 30 day timetable to change the feedback

from the time the original feedback was left.

So there is no way I can get in touch with ebay and have them change the feedback?????
